Directly facing the sea (approx. 30 m away),
the house is divided into three floors,
the part of ground floor used by the owners,
part of ground floor, the first floor and part of attic reserved for guests.
You will only meet the owners in passing,
or when you want to speak with them, or to spend some time together.
and only 100 meters from the romantic love rock (video)!

the plot is about 800 m² , on a  slight 25 ° slope.

A paved road leads to the villa, which is

detached and situated in a pine grove.

At the bottom of the plot is a  garage for 6 cars.

There is a municipal water supply system,

three-phase current,telephone, and GSM signal.

Below the villa is a track for pushing boats into,

and pulling them out of the sea.

The marina and beach are 150 meters away from the villa,

There is a cascaded area in the pine grove suitable

for volley ball, table tennis, badminton etc.

Each room in the villa offers a view of the sea, and there

is a communal living room of 40 m²  with an opening  onto

a  semicircular  terrace and garden  facing the sea.

The garden has a barbecueoon the gas available for use, and

There is free use of sun loungers or swing and  hammocks

recreation pool with sea water ca 24 m2,

(the pool is in operation from 08.6. do 20.9. !!!)  

as well as chess and cards etc.

All rooms have  private  facilities, with a  loggia or

terrace or balcony overlooking  the sea.

Each room has a refrigerator included, and

valuable  goods,  money, document etc.

free use of the safe-deposit box for storage of

extra charged services

BEACHES

Below the villa is a new small paved beach !!!

and there is a beautiful, exotic pebble beach about

400 meters away which you approach by a romantic pathway.

If you like free climbering, adventures,

 

cliffbase sea adventure center

 

there is also a more exotic beach situated in a

picturesque and deserted lagoon, about 700 meters,

(an oasis for naturists) relly paradise Piscena about 3500 m

and Lutshistshe about 2700 meters  away from the villa

1  ROOM  (APARTMENT) = 200  € for season or 100 € for reservation before and after season

Our price includes:
  accommodation, tourist local tax (sojourn tax),

wireless internet, satellite TV, DVD player, refrigerator,

hot water, drink water, electricity, gas, toilet paper if needed,

liquid soap if needed, weekly changes of bed linen and

towel changes every 3 days,

1 parking place in garage,

grill in the garden, set of dishes in the kitchen,

dishwashing detergent, microwave,

deck (sun) chairs in the garden, scout (sailor) nets,

recreation pool with sea water ca 24 m2,

(the pool is in operation from 08.6. do 20.9. !!!)

basket, chess, playing cards,

tables and chairs in the garden,ping-pong table.
     You need to take with you just rackets and balls for

table tennis, can any good DVD movie and bigger towels

for the beach and of course a good mood.

Here are the total price and you do not need to pay

anything more,  except for special services:
